myToyota App - what does it mean for me?

myToyota is a new app offering a range of benefits for Toyota owners (and if apps aren't for you, you can also access it via an online portal)

What are the benefits?

There are lots! So we have picked our Top 5:

* You can book your car in for a service, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. No more waiting to call the Service Department when it opens.

* You can check Service Pricing before booking.

* You can check if there are any outstanding recall notices for your car.

* You have a digital logbook with all your vehicle service history - accessible anytime, anywhere.

* Fuel Offers - You save 4c per litre on fuel. Redeemable daily (T&C's Apply

How do I get it? 

1. Download at my.Toyota.com.au/app

2. Click on the activation link sent to you via email.

3. Choose a password 

4. You now have an account!

What next?

You will need to add your car to the app. 

Make sure you have your vehicles' VIN number plus either the car batch/stock number OR registration certificate ready. Your VIN is located on a label either on the driver’s or passenger’s side door jam. Your batch/stock number should be in your Service Logbook on the retail delivery card. If you need help locating any of these details, you can call our Service Department and they can assist you.

Once your car details have been added, you will not need to add them again. It's like the first time you order UberEats online - it takes 5 minutes to pop your details in for the first time but next time you log-in, they are pre-populated.
