If you’ve had an issue with a genuine Toyota part or accessory covered under your warranty, we’ll gladly replace, repair, or exchange the part at no cost to you. We want you to be 100% delighted with Ken Mills Toyota service and your Toyota vehicle. Talk to us, we want to help.

I’ve had an accident – are repairs covered by my warranty?

This is a bit of a tricky question and we’d need some more information. Simply call our team at Toyota Maroochydore or Toyota Nambour. They’ll talk you through it.

Are Genuine Toyota Parts covered by Warranty?

Of course. Toyota genuine parts and accessories purchased at and fitted by a Toyota dealer to a Toyota vehicle which was purchased on or after 01/01/2019, are warranted for the remainder of that vehicle’s Toyota Warranty Advantage period, or 2yrs from installation (whichever is greater). Genuine parts and accessories purchased from, but not fitted by, a Toyota dealer are warranted for 2yrs from date of purchase. See toyota.com.au for T&Cs. This warranty does not limit and may not necessarily exceed your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
