Ken Mills Toyota, through its ‘Pay-it-Forward’ program, has today donated $10,670 to long-term charity partner RACQ LifeFlight Rescue to support the vital community service here on the Sunshine Coast.

The ‘Pay-it-Forward’ program was introduced as an alternative to giving guests merchandise when they purchase a new or used vehicle at Ken Mills Toyota. Instead, a donation is made by Ken Mills Toyota on behalf of the guest to a charity of their choice.

Brett Mills, dealer principal at Ken Mills Toyota said, “RACQ LifeFlight Rescue is always a popular choice amongst our guests. This critical care service is so important for the Sunshine Coast and whilst we all hope never to need them; my own nephew has been a past patient and we remain forever grateful that they were there to help. The program has been really well received by our guests”.

LifeFlight’s Corporate Partnerships Manager,  Karen Laws said “We wholeheartedly thank Ken Mills Toyota for this new initiative, which only adds to the generous support they give RACQ LifeFlight Rescue every year. The money raised will be well utilised to purchase vital medical equipment, aircraft fuel or a number of essential items that keep the local rescue helicopter flying to those in need.”
