Over the last 15 months Ken Mills Toyota has implemented the Fixed Operations Incentive Program in it's Service and Parts Departments at Nambour and Maroochydore. This inaugural, innovative, program recognises and rewards KMT's Cultural Leaders within the business. The aim, an improved workplace environment, a more engaged workforce and enhanced outcomes for our guests and each other.
INDENTIFIYING OUR CULTURAL LEADERS
The 1st round of rewards saw 8 Ken Mills Toyota Service employees recognised and rewarded for their workplace performance alongside fulfilling the KMT company vision. The reward, a new HiLux SR5 as part of their remuneration package.
Dealer Principal Brett Mills said "The 'Fixed Operations Incentive Program' was created as a long term approach to attract and retain good people, KMT People. Criteria was determined and steps were put in place to identify individuals in the business who conduct themselves in a positive way, have strong workplace performance and fulfil our vision. Through this long term process we have identified the right people, our cultural leaders. The program is ongoing and we have many more KMT people striving to achieve their goals."
All Service and Parts department employees have the potential to qualify for the program.
