Are you a Toyota owner on the Sunshine Coast? If so, you should be pleased to hear about the benefits of registering with the MyToyota App. This nifty mobile app automatically keeps a record of your car’s details and service history, takes bookings for your car servicing, notifies you of any recalls and it has a bunch of third party discounts or rewards on offer for Toyota owners - including 4c a litre off fuel at participating Ampol and Caltex service stations.
Cheaper Fuel on the Sunshine Coast at Ampol and Caltex sites
Toyota has partnered up with Ampol to bring fuel savings to their customers. Revamped Ampol service stations are being rolled out throughout Australia as part of the Caltex change of name to Ampol - and it could not be easier to find service stations that offer cheaper fuel at locations Australia-wide when you have the myToyota App on hand. Participating Ampol and Caltex petrol stations on the Sunshine Coast are located at the following:
- 78-84 Aerodrome Rd Cnr Rose Street, Maroochydore
- 227-237 Sippy Downs Drive, Sippy Downs
- Cnr Kawana Way and Station Road, Birtinya
But if you are running low on fuel out on the road in unfamiliar territory, it is as easy as getting on the MyToyota App, tapping Rewards and tapping “View participating service stations” to find the closest participating Ampol petrol station. By following the prompts on the app, you can get directions to a petrol station near you with Google Maps directions.
What else does the MyToyota App offer besides cheaper fuel?
Once you enter in your rego number and your registration certificate or batch number into MyToyota, this cool app hooks directly into Toyota’s records and pulls up all your vehicle details – including your service history – ready for any contact you have with Toyota support staff.
Book a service
With your service history all logged into the MyToyota App, you can easily see when your next service is due. Simply book your next service through the MyToyota App, selecting a time and date at whichever service centre suits you. When you book a service at Ken Mills Toyota Maroochydore or Ken Mills Toyota Nambour you can even select the option of a free vehicle drop off/pick up service if you prefer not to wait around at the service centre.

Third party discounts, competitions and offers are regularly available through the Rewards section of the MyToyota App. Each of the offers have a very visible countdown on their availability to users. Ampol, Audible and Expedia are among the third parties that are participating in the MyToyota Rewards as at November 2021.
How do you get the MyToyota App?
Simply download the MyToyota Australia App to your phone from the App Store for FREE or go to MyToyota on your computer. Register and validate with your email address, enter your vehicle’s registration number plate and voila! your vehicle details will appear. Once you add in the registration certificate or batch number (found in the Warranty and Service booklet), further details like your service history will be incorporated into your MyToyota profile.
Your MyToyota App will keep a record of the rewards available to you as a Toyota owner. For cheaper fuel all you will need to do is scan the QR code from the Rewards section of the MyToyota App at a participating Ampol petrol station.
