Well, last week we bought our second used vehicle from Ken Mills Toyota, this time from the  Maroochydore dealership. I’ve just traded my Prado in at your business for the GXL Fortuner and I just wanted to relate my experience with you.

In my Business life I am the General Manager of a Sunshine Coast Holiday Resort and recognise through that position how absolutely important it is to have great Staff – they can make or break your business!

We own a 79 series V8 diesel tray top Toyota 2012 model.

We live in the NT and after several attempts with warranty on a noisy gearbox at 50,000klm decided to put up with what we had that is until arriving in Nambour in May almost out of warranty and upon inspection from the Nambour Toyota personnel advised us that they could remedy the problem

Both myself and my wife must say what impeccable service and dedication in the workplace  – after one week we were advised to pick up the Toyota and after arriving home in June after 8000klm still running as sweetly as ever and no noise whatsoever

Should we ever require a new Toyota it leaves  no doubt in our minds as to where our next new one will come from – we have owned 10 of these Toyotas in the past.

Congratulations from both of us here in the Territory and it is a credit to Ken Mills Toyota and staff the wonderful service  provided.

Professional approach of sales person, customer service was excellent, we as purchasers of vehicle were always listened to and responded to in a very timely manner. Paul should be rewarded as I am involved in the customer service industry and if all my staff were half as good as Paul is I would be delighted.

I thought I would drop you a line to say how very happy my wife and I were in buying a new Fortuner from Ken Mills. I have had my Hilux serviced there for about 5 years now and again very satisfied. My daughter and son in law bought their Prado from you as did my son when he got a workmate. At the end of the day I kept my Hilux and traded my wife’s car so the Fortuner is now shared.

Ryan Clark looked after us and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Jason was also great in arranging the various options like rust proofing, tinting etc. I couldn’t go as far as a bull bar at purchase but will get one eventually.

Toyota sent me a survey which I dutifully got 3/4 through and got called away. By the time I got back to it it had “expired”. Pity as I had given Ken Mills 10 out of 10 throughout the various questions.
